Charlie Crozier

Business Analyst

Charlie is a Business Analyst at HSQC Group, bringing a practical and commercially focused approach to finance and operations.

Prior to this role, Charlie worked as Office Manager at one of HSQC Group’s portfolio companies, Hussey & Hussey, where he developed strong experience in debt collection and financial administration. Building on this experience, he now leads debtor management across the group and oversees accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. Charlie works closely with the CFO to support effective cash flow management, financial oversight, and efficient resource utilisation.

In addition to his finance responsibilities, Charlie contributes to operational improvements across the group. His work includes supporting utilisation reporting, assisting with Xero integrations, and helping implement and maintain business systems that streamline day-to-day operations for teams across the organisation.

Charlie is currently completing a Bachelor of Business and Management at the University of Canberra, further strengthening his commercial and strategic business knowledge.

Known for his calm and reliable approach, Charlie brings sound judgement, dedication, and a genuine willingness to solve problems. He enjoys working collaboratively across teams and contributing to initiatives that support both staff and business performance.
